**Company Description**

IQ EQ is searching for a **Transfer Agent officer** to reinforce the financial department which comprises of the following duties and expectations. Experience is required in Closed-Ended Funds / Private Equities.

**Main Duties**
- Prepare and review of calculations and notices for capital call, distribution and equalisation
- Prepare and review of Capital Account Statements, contract notes and be involved in the release of investor communications
- Review transactions/orders and liaise with AML/KYC team on closings (Work closely with AML/KYC team for onboarding new clients / investors)
- Attend investor queries and update of static data of the investors (in accordance with internal procedures set by IQ EQ)
- Managing switch and transfer requests from investors
- Involve in audit work by providing registers and TA confirmations
- Involve in the FATCA/CRS reporting and CSSF reporting
- To liaise with Settlement/Payment Team for handling distribution payments
- Providing information to relevant departments for regulatory reporting
- Maintenance of different registers of the entities and investors in the different TA systems
- Preparation and review of cash monitoring sheets

**Expectations**
- Maintaining strong customer relationships with existing and new clients, gaining insight into client and investor needs and use your own judgment to highlight any significant findings.
- Put forward any recommendations to help the team find an appropriate solution
- Have the capacity and desire to work and acquire knowledge on some of our larger client portfolios.
- Involve in any ad hoc duties as and when they arise

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Economics or Finance,
- 1- 3 years experience in Accounting with TA exposure
- experience in Alternative Investment Fund in Luxembourg (private equity, real estate funds, infrastructure, debt funds)
- Languages: fluent in English (French is an advantage)
