Team Lead of The Ubs Fml Fee

**Team Lead of the UBS FML Fee & Cost Control**:
**Your role**

Do you like controlling and designing investment fund fees and costs, follow up related regulatory developments and support needed system implementations? Do you have a fund accounting or Finance background and would like to enrich these with oversight knowledge?

We are looking for a new team head to enhance our control framework with the following duties:

- Leading an operational team located in Luxembourg and Poland, covering the fund and legal entity related invoice approval process as well as the invoice issuance for services of the Management Companies and re-invoicing of vendor invoices addressed to the Management Companies but related to the managed funds
- Support fund events by reviewing fee flows and related wording in prospectus, Management Company / AIFM, distribution and portfolio manager / investment advisor contracts and related remuneration appendices
- Be owner of the “Cost and fees control policy and procedure” and related tasks covering the ESMA Supervisory briefing on the supervision of costs in UCITS and AIF’s and related regulations
- Be responsible for the cost budgets of UBS Asset Management Wholesale Funds
- Act as business representative for fee related topics and work closely with Fund Administrators, the UBS Finance team and other UBS internal stakeholders.

**Your team**

You will be working at UBS Fund Management (Luxembourg) S.A., a company belonging to UBS Asset Management and having the overall responsibility to manage and oversee UBS promoted and third party investment fund structures.

You will report directly to the Conducting Officer and lead a team of 3 people. You will work closely with your Management Company colleagues, other teams within UBS and different external stakeholders.

**Your expertise**
- gained experience in fund accounting and / or Finance and Controlling
- a keen interest on fund fee and cost flows representing the holistic fund operational set-up and its regulatory oversight requirements
- having a good understanding of Luxembourg VAT rules and a general understanding of accounting principles and invoice requirements.
- precise, accurate, persistent, flexible, self-motivated
- taking ownership and working autonomously
- a good communicator, with good interpersonal skills
- fluent in English, German and/or French is considered as asset.
