**Your role**

- We are looking for a Desk Head Benelux to:
- create a vision and business development strategy
- coach client advisors and relationship managers to deliver excellent client service, drive business growth, improve retention and establish a robust local presence
- set financial goals, lead recruiting activities
- monitor and resolve (in collaboration with partners) escalated issues, including financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory, operational and HR governance risks
- partner with the local Wealth Management team to manage day-to-day activities
- manage Profit & Loss, and incorporate Profit & Loss considerations in business decisions

**Your team**
- You will be working as part of Wealth Management Luxembourg team. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals, and families meet their financial goals through client advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. You will lead the HNW Benelux team, reporting directly to the market head Benelux. You will manage a team of client advisors across your market Luxembourg, Belgium and Netherlands acting as a coach on all aspects of their role.

**Your expertise**
- ideally up to 5 years of experience in a similar role with a leading financial institution
- proven leadership experience in the industry
- motivated, self-directed, and driven
- skilled at creating a positive business culture
- result-oriented and assertive (you do not shy away from challenging situations)
- language requirements are English and French (Luxembourgish, Dutch or German is an additional asset)
- proven client network in the Benelux region
