At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business analyst to join our UniQue Luxembourgish team
In this role, you will have the opportunity to participate in modernising the European Union's decision-making process.
**What will you be bringing to the team?**
- Modelling business processes using ARIS modelling tool and preparing business analysis reports (as-is and tobe);
- Analyse & document business requirements for IT, non-IT stakeholders.
- Work status and progress reporting with Jira
- Authoring requirements specifications and functional design documentation;
- Systems architecture recommendations and solutions;
- Assistance to deployment activities;
- Validate the IT solution architecture against business requirements
- Take part in continuous process improvement and product definition.
- Create and maintain SQL queries for data mapping, reporting and performance optimization
- Collaboration and coordination with stakeholders (key users, Project managers, UI experts, developers, testers, outsourced development teams);
**Requirements**:
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- Master in ICT field + min 10 years of experience in the business, functional and technical analysis
- Knowledge of quality procedures
- Experience with UML and BPMN
- Conducting studies in the design and building of IT systems (e.g. quality, security, requirement analysis, technical or functional domain)
- Experience in developing requirements in an Agile environment
- Experience in preparing user test cases and scenarios (recommended)
- Knowledge of the relevant methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMM4EP/ENGAGE, etc.)
- Knowledge of SQL queries is an advantage
- Previous experience in EU Institutions is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English
