Afin de renforcer les équipes de DEEP au sein du département Customer Support & Operations, nous recherchons actuellement un(e) **Team Leader - Cloud Support (M/F/n)** à temps plein.

**Vos missions**:

- Superviser et gérer l’ensemble des activités attribuées à vos équipes et maintenir un cycle régulier d’amélioration continue du service
- Mettre en œuvre et optimiser les moyens nécessaires au respect des engagements contractuels définis dans les conventions de services (SLA)
- Améliorer la productivité, l’efficience et la qualité de service pour garantir la plus haute satisfaction et expérience client au niveau des activités attribuées à vos équipes
- Participer au roulement d’astreinte 24h/24 - 7j/7

**Votre profil**:

- Vous devez être détenteur d’un diplôme Bachelor (BAC+3) orienté informatique, ICT, Télécom ou bien avoir acquis au cours de votre carrière une expérience équivalente au diplôme
- Être orienté client et avoir le sens de la qualité du service
- Disposer d’une certification ITIL
- Avoir des capacités de coordination et d'autonomie
- Être rigoureux et disposer d’un bon sens d’analyse
- Être disponible et flexible
- Avoir une aisance de communication orale et écrite
- Maîtriser les langues française et anglaise, le luxembourgeois et/ou l’allemand constituent un avantage
