**Consultant Microsoft 365 et Environnement Hybride - Rejoignez une mission d’envergure **

Vous êtes expert en Microsoft 365, Citrix ou SCCM et vous souhaitez relever des défis stratégiques ? Participez à des projets technologiques d'importance nationale, contribuez à moderniser l’environnement IT de notre client.

**Vos missions principales**:

- ** Mise en place du tenant Microsoft 365**:

- Piloter l'intégration de Microsoft 365 dans un **environnement hybride**.
- Fournir des conseils stratégiques et mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques.
- Accompagner la transition pour garantir une adoption réussie.
- ** Déploiement de Windows 11 avec SCCM et PXE**:

- Concevoir et déployer une **image Windows 11** sur les PC et laptops.
- Configurer et automatiser les installations via **SCCM** et **PXE**.
- **Analyse et optimisation des GPO**:

- Effectuer une revue approfondie des **Group Policies** existantes.
- Proposer et implémenter des optimisations pour renforcer la sécurité et la performance.

**Profil recherché**:

- ** Expertise en Microsoft 365** : migration, intégration, et gestion en environnement hybride.
- ** Maîtrise technique**:

- ** VDI Citrix** pour les postes de travail virtuels.
- ** SCCM** pour le déploiement et la gestion des systèmes.
- ** GPO** : configuration et optimisation des politiques de groupe.
- Services Microsoft **:Active Directory** et fonctionnement des **fermes Exchange**.
- Connaissances de base en **VMware**.
- ** Soft skills**: autonome, rigoureux, orienté service client et doté d’un esprit collaboratif.
- ** Langues**: français et anglais (le luxembourgeois ainsi que l’allemand sont un plus).
