**Job Summary**:
If you are a **seasoned expert with 15+ years of experience**, a proven technical certification in SharePoint, and a passion for designing innovative collaboration solutions, we’d love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:
**System Design and Deployment**:

- Design, document, and maintain scalable **SharePoint collaboration solutions**, both on-premises and in the cloud.
- Manage the **technical components** of SharePoint systems, including SQL databases, monitoring systems, and ancillary tools.
- Explore and implement advanced features of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.

**Migration and Optimization**:

- Lead migrations of **on-premises SharePoint platforms** to **SharePoint Online**, mitigating technical risks and challenges.
- Optimize **system scalability, availability, and security** with best-practice methodologies.
- Develop proof of concept (PoC) and prototype solutions for emerging collaboration technologies.

**Data Security and Governance**:

- Implement safeguards for handling **Sensitive Non-Classified (SNC)** information as per organizational mandates.
- Define and enforce governance standards, including **data classification, access controls, and performance monitoring**.

**Support and Troubleshooting**:

- Provide expertise to address complex SharePoint issues, including performance tuning and IAM solutions.
- Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders, solution architects, and project managers.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Regularly participate in meetings to provide expert technical input and contribute to planning.
- Assist project leadership in finding solutions to functional or regulatory challenges.

**Qualifications** Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- ** 15+ years of experience** in designing, implementing, and managing large SharePoint environments.
- Certification in **SharePoint Administration or Configuration** (2010 or later).
- At least one additional **technical certification** in a related field (e.g., Identity Access Management or SQL Administration).
- Proven history of successfully **migrating SharePoint platforms** to online/cloud environments.
- Expertise in managing **SQL-driven SharePoint platforms**, focusing on **data integrity, system scalability, search optimization, and secure access management**.
- Fluency in written and spoken **English** is mandatory.
