**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams, to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services, identifying and resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Configure and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Microsoft 365 services.
- Assist in the planning and execution of migration projects, including onboarding users and data to Microsoft 365 from legacy systems.
- Create and manage SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and permissions to support document collaboration and business workflows.
- Collaborate with security teams to implement and enforce security policies, data loss prevention measures, and information protection within Microsoft 365.
- Stay up to date with Microsoft 365 updates, features, and best practices, and recommend enhancements or optimizations to improve platform functionality.
- Work closely with vendors and technical support to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues related to Microsoft 365 services.
- Document procedures, configurations, and technical solutions to build a knowledge base for the team and end users.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator) preferred.
- Proven experience in administering Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks within Microsoft 365.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
