**Role summary**:
The focus of the role will be too actively contribute to the oversight of outsourced services, ensuring the alignment with the expected level of service, regulatory environment, and the risk framework of the company. The role is reporting to the management committee of Sanne and will identify new outsourcing opportunities, participate in initial and ongoing due diligence on service providers and maintain the outsourcing register.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Regulatory & market trends_
- Analyse and implement regulatory changes as required;
- Ensure Group Risk Framework, Policies and practices are maintained and implemented within the business;
- Ensure compliance with EBA guideline, CSSF circular 22/806 and 22/811;
- Annual Risk assessments of outsourcing arrangements;
- Review of any filings with the CSSF for updated arrangements;
- Maintains the local outsourcing register and operating memorandums;
- Participates to regular management meetings and with auditors or regulator as needed.
- Due Diligence_
- Organize initial and ongoing due diligence processes;
- Represent the company in onsite visits, inspections and the likes from stakeholders;
- Respond on due diligence request on Sanne Group including maintaining RFPIO library;
- Develop and maintain a standard due diligence questionnaire supporting onsite due diligence visits;
- Perform annual to physical onsite visits reviewing all outsourcing arrangements;
- Document the outcome of such due diligence visits in a formal report and follow up on potential remedial actions;
- Training and quality insurance_
- Ensure training is held annually on outsourcing policy;
- Quality assurance testing;
- BCP testing scenarios;
- Review of operating memorandums and checklist are properly implemented.
- Risk assessments_
- Perform initial Risk assessment prior to outsourcing of the activity;
- Conduct annual review of risk assessments on a risk-based approach.
- Monitoring and Oversight_
- KPI monitoring and control;
- Oversight over any outsourcing arrangements.
- Reporting_
- Reporting to Local management committee on KPI and performance of arrangements;
- Reporting to Group Risk of any KPI, or KRI changes required.
- Analyse and Identify new outsourcing opportunities_
- identify new arrangements and initiate new request filings with the regular.

**Skills / experience**:

- University degree or equivalent experience;
- Good Knowledge of PSF activities and regulatory environments of Luxembourg;
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role;
- Fluent in English, knowledge of French or German would be an advantage but not necessary;
- Strong communication skills'
- Analytical and solution orientated is key;
- Experience in due diligence control process, projects or regulatory reporting would be considered an asset;
- Willing to travel to attend physical onsite inspections.
