**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
- Act as Project Management Office (PMO) for COO area for strategic projects
- Administration of overall project plan
- Preparation of all relevant management meetings
- Tracking of overall project status (budget, deadlines, dependencies, critical issues)
- Tracking of project risk management
- Preparation of communications towards management and full bank about status updates, changes and successes
- Preparation of monthly Steering Committee related to outsourced services, or other regular committees
- Monthly consolidation and preparation of KPIs, KRIs
- Acting as central contact person for COO Risk register
- Independently drive own topics (business analysis and solution development)
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- BSc/BA diploma in any relevant field
- or 5 years proven experience in the delivery of consulting or change projects, gained within a leading financial institution or consulting firm
- First-class communication, presentation and problem-solving skills with an excellent command of Microsoft Office
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Focus on team achievement, not just individual goals
- Strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to work with different stakeholder on different topics in parallel
- Very good English (written and spoken) is a must, German and every further foreign language is an asset
