**Regulatory T24 Business Analyst**:
Your role

As a Regulatory T24 Business Analyst your challenges will include:
The resource will be actively engaged in projects encompassing both T24 Core Banking and current regulatory matters;
Provide support to Finance, Risk, Compliance, Credits, and Payments departments in analyzing the regulatory implications on systems;
Assist the organization in framing initiatives aimed at addressing regulatory requirements;
Translate business needs into actionable insights for IT experts (developers) through comprehensive functional analyses;
Challenge business units on their requirements and priorities to ensure alignment with organizational goals;
Define and execute testing procedures for newly implemented functionalities to ensure compliance and efficacy;
Explain and validate proposed solutions with stakeholders to ensure clarity and consensus;
Collaborate closely with technical leads and developers to refine solution definitions and address any technical challenges;
Offer support to the business in change management efforts to facilitate smooth transitions;
Work in tandem with the project manager to ensure project objectives are met effectively and efficiently;
Drafting requirement expression documents;
Developing comprehensive functional analysis documents.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor ‘s degree;
Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, particularly in regulatory matters;
Deep understanding of both T24 Core Banking and regulatory frameworks;
Good knowledge of T24 tool and data exploitation;
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders;
Autonomy, good analytical skills, and teamwork spirit;
Knowledge of UML modeling and OneSumX tool is a plus;
Fluent in French (oral and written) and intermediate level in English;
