Nous recherchons un(e) **Project Manager T24**ayant une solide expérience pour piloter un projet stratégique lié au changement de logiciel dans les domaines du cash et de l’épargne. Vous serez responsable de la coordination entre les équipes métiers et l’intégrateur, tout en gérant un équipe de Business Analysts.

**Vos missions principales seront**:

- **Pilotage de projet**: Mener la phase de cadrage du projet, définir les objectifs et livrables, et garantir le respect des délais, des budgets et des qualités attendues.
- **Change Management**: Accompagner les équipes dans l’adoption du nouveau logiciel, anticiper les résistances, et mettre en place des stratégies d’accompagnement.
- **Coordination des acteurs**: Assurer une collaboration fluide entre les équipes métiers internes et l’intégrateur.
- **Management d’équipe**: Gérer en direct une équipe de 5 Business Analysts et coordonner 15 collaborateurs multi-fonctionnels.
- **Expertise fonctionnelle**: Apporter une vision stratégique et une compréhension approfondie des enjeux liés au cash et à l’épargne.

**Compétences et qualifications requises**:

- **Expérience**: Minimum 7 ans dans un poste similaire, avec une forte exposition aux projets complexes impliquant le changement de systèmes informatiques.
- **Connaissance de T24**:Une expertise ou une connaissance avancée de T24 est un véritable atout.**:

- **Langues**: Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (oral et écrit).
- **Compétences en gestion de projet**: Maîtrise des méthodes et outils de gestion de projet (Agile, Prince2, etc.).
- **Leadership**: Capacité à motiver et diriger des équipes multidisciplinaires.
- **Change Management**:Expertise en gestion du changement, avec une capacité à gérer les enjeux humains et organisationnels.**:

- **Organisation et communication**: Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de synthèse et de communication.
