**Partner Funds - Global Law Firm, No Staff Turnover**

Our trusted partner, a **global yet human-sized law firm** in Luxembourg is specialized in, amongst other domains, Investment funds.

With a vast network of collaborators across the globe, the firm puts international knowledge and know-how center stage. With offices in many countries on several continents, the firm has set operations in Luxembourg for a decade. To ensure the growth of the department, they are currently looking for an additional Partner in the Investment Fund department, assisting AIF mainly (in Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Estate and Infrastructure mainly).

Your main mission entails the development of the Investment fund practice area locally. You will also engage in the mentoring and coaching of the lawyers under your supervision, and the future ones who will join (in close collaboration with a current Partner). The aim is to help the business grow organically while fostering the already-established client relations the firm possesses.

- Though you are a non-equity Partner, you will still be actively involved in most decisions that need to be taken, especially for the ones concerning the growth of the fund department.
- You work closely with another highly experienced Partner, who wishes to work hand-in-hand with the new Partner and is particularly attentive to the strong human values you have.
- Of course, you are actively involved in the growth of the department by networking, attending events and contributing to the visibility of the firm in Luxembourg.
- You are in direct contact with the clients and ensure a high degree of satisfaction, and you of course also work directly on your files, but always in close collaboration with other team members. Indeed: there is never a file you will work alone on, ensuring mutual knowledge-learning. You are happy to share your acquired knowledge with two other associates and you of course help to grow the team.

- ** At least 10 years** of experience as an investment fund lawyer in Luxembourg is a prerequisite. You would describe yourself as an expert in Alternative Investment Funds.
- Fluency in English is a must, any other language is an asset.
- You have an **entrepreneurial** **and** **commercial** mindset, demonstrating that you have the competencies to play an active role in the department’s growth.
- You have a **modern view of how Partners** should act with their team : no dictatorship, no yelling to get your point across, and you do not feel above the others. In summary : you have your heart in the right place. If you have portable business or a team to bring, that is a real asset.

- According to your seniority and profile (portable business or not, team ), you will be offered an annual gross remuneration that could reach **300.000 €** (independent status) allowing you to benefit from a comfortable lifestyle, and stability for the future years of your career. In addition, you will receive an annual bonus linked to the brought turnover, which could, as a result, represent 10, 20, 30, 40% etc. of your annual salary.
