- You will lead the development of the alternative investment funds department by leveraging the firm's existing client base, activating your own professional network, and representing the firm at relevant industry events and conferences.
- You will remain actively involved in legal work, advising clients on all aspects of alternative investment fund management, including set-up, structuring and restructuring for example. You will collaborate closely with partners and other departments to deliver integrated, cross-disciplinary advice and to ensure the successful growth and positioning of the new practice within the firm.

- You have **at least 7 years** of experience as an investment fund lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg, with a strong focus on **alternative investment funds**.
- You are fluent in both **French** and **English**, with any additional language considered an asset but not a must.
- You are business-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in developing and maintaining client relationships.
- You demonstrate rigor, ensuring high-quality legal service while actively contributing to the growth of the practice.
- You have a pedagogical mindset and are capable of mentoring and training future team members as the department expands. If you have a portable portfolio, this will be considered an asset and consequently impact your remuneration.

- As an independent professional, you could earn up to **€250.000 gross per year (fixed salary)**, depending on your experience, potential portable business and business plan. If you have portable business, you will also benefit from a **considerable variable compensation in addition** to that.
