**Senior Compliance Officer AIFM**
We are delighted to assist a dynamic AIFM in their search for a motivated Senior Compliance Officer. With almost 15 years of experience on the Luxembourgish market, this structure has gotten the opportunity to strongly develop itself.
This AIFM, with an international and growing portfolio of Private Equity/Real Estate and Alternative Investment Funds, will offer you a highly interesting and challenging function.
As Senior Compliance Office AIFM, you will integrate a stable team, all playing a crucial part in the growth of this AIFM.
**Your Responsibilities |
- You are responsible for drafting and reviewing the compliance procedures and policy.
- You liaise with third parties such as auditors, banks and the CSSF ;
- You monitor any legal developments to ensure that the AIFM is compliant with the applicable rules and regulations, and make sure any changes are communicated internally ;
- You will report directly to the Conducting Officer ;
**Profile and Career Path |**
- Compliance / Funds / Finance ;
- You have between 1 and 3 years of experience as a Compliance Officer in a financial service provider in Luxembourg. A background in external audit (funds) will also be considered ;
- You are passionate about your field, and are interested in following continuous trainings and becoming a true expert in this structure ;
- You have a good understanding of the Investment Fund industry in Luxembourg ;
- You are fluent in English (both verbally and in writing) and feel comfortable speaking this language on a daily basis. Any other language will be considered a plus.
