The Digital TA AML Operations Vice-president will be part of the Digital TA project team in order to define the TA digital operating model and its implementation across EMEA. This is Vice-President role. **Responsibilities**: - Contribute to the definition of the target operating model for a Digital TA KYC/AML Operations experience to ensure the regualtions are being met in an efficient and sustainable manner - Write procedures and manual for the implementation of the new model - Actively contribute to the project - Participation to AML market committees representing the Transfer Agency - Liaison with the region from an TA AML perspective in order to ensure implementation of best practices and strengthening of the global operating model **Qualifications**: - Minimum eight years funds experience, preferably in a TA/AML or Compliance environment (other AML experience will be considered) - Detailed knowledge of EMEA AML regulations (Luxembourg, Ireland and the UK) and familiarity with the global AML environment - Experience with digitalization - Experience of project management - Knowledge of hedge and mutual funds, including investor AML - Experience of core systems used for TA/AML/Record keeping. - Experience of system development from an SME perspective. - Experience of process review - Experience of productivity **Education**: - Bachelor's/University degree, Master’s degree preferred - **Job Family Group**: Operations - Transaction Services - **Job Family**: Cash Management - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
