Business Analyst

**Team/Function Overview**: The role will work within Change Management Team and assist in Projects relating to Transfer Agency. The role will involve working with the stakeholders and Project Managers through all stages of the project lifecycle. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual. **Role / Position Overview**: You will be working with the EMEA Change team as well as TA Operations, Product, Technology, and offshore teams. **Key Responsibilities**: - Act as a Project Manager / Business Analyst for new client onboardings with a limited level of direct supervision. - Develop an understanding of Citi’s EMEA Transfer Agency strategy and Operating Model, in order to ensure that the project is delivered in line with our operating processes and service offering. - Identify gaps / risks within current model and work on process and/or system improvements. - Liaise with Citi Clients to effectively deliver the project in line with Client requirements. - Work with Global Change teams in EMEA and APAC to provide support/knowledge and rollout standardised model. - Liaise with internal and external technology partners to create an operating environment ready for go live. - Ensure creation of project plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central project RAID log. - Communicate effectively within the Transfer Agency programme of activity in order to align priorities and ensure timely escalation of issues. - Coordinate, track and validate the effective transfer of knowledge. Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and / or other team members. Be involved in coaching and training of new recruits - Perform oversight activities and act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) for offshore TA Business Implementations team responsible for delivery of new products for existing clients in Luxembourg and Dublin. **Development Value**: You will have the opportunity to be involved with a range of projects from small to significant transformation requests on the Transfer Agency operating model, system set and BAU activities. You will gain significant exposure to the Citi Funds Services leadership team across Operations, Product and Technology. **Criteria/Qualifications**: **Knowledge/Experience**: - Relevant experience, ideally in Transfer Agency Change/Implementations - Experience in a Project Management/Business Analyst role - Involvement in Fund launches / conversions / mergers / liquidations is considered a major advantage - BRD writing and testing experience **Skills**: - Fluent in English - Excellent IT skills - Proficient knowledge of one or more market standard Transfer Agency platforms is beneficial - Analytical and problem-solving skillset and attitude **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience - Preferable: Formal project management training / qualification. **Competencies**: - Proven track record in project delivery. - Excellent interpersonal skills particularly in dealing with Clients, internal stakeholders and offshore vendors - Excellent organizational and management skills. - Ability to work under pressure and prioritise aggressive deadlines. - High level of attention to detail - Ability to work as part of a global team, managing conflict and openly addressing challenges - **Job Family Group**: Operations - Core - **Job Family**: Operations Project Management - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
