This role is seeking a highly experienced AML/KYC expert and senior manager to support Luxembourg AML Transfer Agency Team deliverables. Responsible for AML/KYC on-boarding, ongoing due diligence and reporting. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Please note - this is 6 month FTC role. **Responsibilities**: - Responsible for the day to day management, executing to internal and client service level agreements. - Span: Performance of AML/KYC reviews and ensuring accounts are opened, reviewed, and maintained in accordance with established SLAs, policies, and procedures. - Define and oversee the improvements, automation requirements, operating models and business rules for AML operational processes. - Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members. - Span: Performance of AML/KYC reviews and ensuring accounts are opened, reviewed, and maintained in accordance with established SLAs, policies, and procedures. - Team Capacity allocation planning and management. - Handle high complexity cases, ensuring that risks are identified and escalated effectively. - Proactively manage delivery risk, formulating risk management plans and responses. Escalate risks and issues timely. - Assist reviewing and updating, processes, policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of compliance and operational efficiency - Contributing to the development of systems and participate in wider projects at local and global level. **Qualifications & Experience**: - 6-10 years relevant experience - Prior Transfer Agency and AML-KYC industry experience distinct advantage - Strong knowledge of Luxembourg AML/CTF legal and regulatory framework - Team Management Experience - Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives - Strong written, verbal and listening skills in English.
