**What You’ll Achieve**:

- **Mastering our Solutions**: Become an expert on MindForest’s services to effectively communicate our value to clients.
- ** Building Lasting Relationships**: Engage with prospects, clients, and partners to build long-term, meaningful connections.
- ** Leading External Communication**: Coordinate our communication strategy by crafting engaging content, managing social media, drafting press releases, and organizing impactful events that showcase our expertise.
- ** Growing Our Network**: Identify new business opportunities and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
- ** Empowering a Community**: Develop an engaged community of change management professionals, both online and offline.

**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Maintaining deep knowledge of MindForest’s products and services.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with prospects, clients, and partners.
- Creating and implementing plans to meet the needs of clients and partners.
- Researching and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Providing clients with comprehensive consultations on products/services to guide their decision-making process.
- Collaborating closely with management and consultants to develop new products and solutions at MindForest, aligning our offerings with the evolving needs of the market.

**About you**:

- You’re a strategic communicator with a talent for storytelling and engaging diverse audiences.
- You have 3-5 years of experience in community management, communication, or business development.
- Proven experience in managing external communication, including content creation and digital platforms.
- You excel in building relationships and have a proven track record of successful communication projects.
- You are fluent in French and English; knowledge of Luxembourgish or German is a plus.
- You’re highly motivated, target-driven, with a positive, proactive mindset.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to analyze, summarize, and present information clearly.
- Project management skills and proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
- Experience using digital tools (video conferencing, collaborative platforms).
