**Job Description**:
As an Accounting Officer within Zimmer & Partners, you will be working on the day to day Accounting under LuxGAAP. You will be monitoring and managing cash flows. You will manage the foreign exchange for payables and receivables. You will prepare tax and VAT declarations. You will undertake financial analysis, complete BCL reporting as well as ECDF filing. You will follow up on capital calls and distributions. You will complete the valuation of equity and debt instruments, and also calculate and validate dividends and interests against legal documentation. You will complete budgeting as well as consolidations. You will be liaising directly with banks, clients, third parties and internal or external auditors.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor / Master in Accounting, Economy, Finance, or Management
- Experience: 3-5 years in a similar position within a financial group / or strong Big 4
- Good IT skills (Excel, accounting and reporting system)
- Strong BOB50 experience
- Fluent in English and French (German is an advantage)
- Analytical and pragmatic
- Self-starter and able to respect deadlines
- Ability to evolve in a changing environment
- Problem solving ability
