As part of their development, our client is eeking a highly skilled **Conducting Officer - Fund Accounting** to join their Luxembourg-based offices and oversee fund accounting and financial reporting in line with CSSF and AIFMD requirements.

The reporting line will be to the Head of Operations.

**Your missions**
- Act as Conducting Officer in charge of Fund Accounting and Fund Oversight in accordance with CSSF regulations.
- Oversee fund accounting, NAV calculation, investor reporting, and financial statements prepared by internal teams.
- Be responsible for the oversight of fund administrator, which includes the review and challenge of key performance indicators, but also the coordination internally and externally regarding new regulatory requirements to implement.
- Monitor and review performance of outsourced service providers, ensuring robust SLAs and escalation processes.
- Coordinate with finance, tax, and operations to ensure alignment across entities.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes while maintaining financial transparency and control.
- Report regularly to the Board and regulators on fund accounting and fund oversight matters.
- Keep abreast of regulatory, accounting, and industry best practices, adapting policies and procedures as needed.

**Your ideal profile**
- Proven track record in fund administration, accounting, and oversight within asset management, a management company, Big 4, or financial services.
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, ACA, etc.) strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg GAAP, IFRS, UCITS, AIFMD regulations, and CSSF requirements.
- Proven expertise in fund accounting and fund oversight processes, with ability to provide independent challenge.
- Excellent understanding of private equity, credit, and infrastructure fund structures.
- Ability to combine technical expertise with pragmatic business judgment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to translate complex financial topics into clear insights.
- Experience collaborating across internal and external stakeholders while ensuring oversight independence.
- Fluency in English; French is an advantage.
