En forte croissance, nous recrutons de nombreux talents dans les 3 prochaines années qui partagent nos valeurs **:Responsabilité & engagement, Sens du client, Agilité et Appartenance.** Intégré(é) au sein de l'équipe Supply Chain, vous contribuer à la performance de l'entreprise en garantissant le suivi des approvisionnements et venez en support sur la partie achat. **Rattaché au Supply Chain Manager, votre rôle sera de**: **1/ Contribuer au déploiement et à la performance de la chaîne d'approvisionnement** - Surveiller les niveaux de stocks et anticiper les risques de rupture en assurant les commandes nécessaires; - Assurer la production et l'analyse de tableaux de bords concernant les achats et les approvisionnements; - Calculer et suivre les coûts de revient; - Optimiser nos coûts en sourçant de nouveaux fournisseurs ou prestataires; - Participer au scoring des fournisseurs afin de pouvoir les challenger et de garantir la qualité de service attendue. **2/ Etre l'interface avec les fournisseurs** - Contribuer à la validation des devis et la facturation des approvisionnements auprès des fournisseurs, - Mener et suivre les réclamations auprès des fournisseurs en cas de SAV (délai, conformité,...), - Préparer et collecter les informations lors de lancements d'appels d'offre, - Etre en interaction régulière avec les fournisseurs nationaux et internationaux : demande de prix, suivi des livraison sur site, respect des délais,... **3/ Participer au développement des achats** En lien avec le Supply Chain Manager, vous apportez votre soutien sur les missions suivantes: - Etablir le suivi des contrats avec nos fournisseurs, - Préparer les éléments nécessaire pour les négociations avec les fournisseurs, **Le profil**: - Etre titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau Bac+3 ou +5 - Expérience exigée de 3 ans minimum sur un poste similaire - Maitriser toutes les étapes d'un processus d'achat - Connaissances en réglementations douanières notamment dans un contexte d'import/export - Maîtrise d'un outil ERP - Parfaite maîtrise du français, un bon niveau d'anglais est requis - Maîtrise du Pack office notamment d'Excel **Nous vous offrons**: Un accompagnement et une formation au quotidien pour réussir pleinement dans votre fonction et vous permettre de monter en compétences ; Des opportunités d’évolutions au sein d’un groupe en pleine croissance ; Un environnement de travail agréable et dynamique ; Un salaire motivant ; **Process de recrutement** Nous avons un process de recrutement rapide: Un premier échange téléphonique notre équipe RH pour mieux se connaitre et échanger avec vous sur l’offre et votre profil.
