We are looking for a Consultant to strengthen our Office Leasing Agency team
As an Office Leasing Consultant, your primary responsibility is to assist clients in finding suitable office spaces that meet their needs and requirements. You will work closely with the leasing team to identify potential tenants and secure lease agreements. Your expertise in commercial real estate and market knowledge will be vital in providing valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
**What this job involves**:
Actively advising landlords on their leasing strategy, representing their interests and commercializing a portfolio of office buildings and projects in Luxembourg
Targeting future occupiers and organizing active prospection and marketing campaigns; negotiating and preparing leases or sales with both international and national companies
Seeking and sourcing new business opportunities in the real estate market
Carefully managing information and keeping our marketing and database up to data
Desired skills and experience for this job
Experience in relevant role and facing clients is ideal but we will also consider junior profiles
You have an interest in commercial real estate, you are communicative, open and a team player
You possess excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) with a strong customer service focus
You have fluent knowledge of French and English. Additional knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish is considered an asset
You are proficient in MS Office and have analytical skills
