1819. The Group now conducts its **Wealth Management, Asset Management and Securities** businesses in the main

United Arab Emirates, Brazil and Uruguay.

Our Project Management team in Luxembourg is looking to add:
**BUSINESS ANALYST**

**Fixed term contract : 12 months
**Actively support the organization department in charge of the Bank’s transformation program**
**across four entities (Luxembourg, France, Spain, & UK).**

**Main Responsibilities**:
Drive identification of business / user requirements for systems to be migrated;
Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units to develop necessary analysis and
documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with the production,
managerial and executive teams;
Evaluate, analyze and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems
processes, including the delivery of periodic status reports to all appropriate parties;
Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deli ver business
specifications and documentation;
Define test cases in relation with the specifications and coordinate their executions;
Coordination of the Change Management activities;
Provide coaching and training to employees at all levels.

Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth or asset management environment;
Previous experience in product management or IT services;
Expertise in regulatory topics (MIFID, SFDR, EMIR) is an advantage;
Project Management skills are a plus, as well as, good knowledge on platform and IT solutions used in
Wealth Management;
Fluent in French and English;
Curiosity, resilience, positive mindset, and autonomy are mandatory;
Excellent communication skills, capacity to understand and support business team.
