We are looking for a **Corporate Legal Counsel**. Reporting to the COO, you will drive regulatory and corporate legal matters and act as a strategic partner to Management as we scale the company to new regions and markets.

**Scope of work**:

- Provide legal advice to the company in respect of the development of solutions to clients.
- Draft and negotiate partners agreements and other client related legal documents.
- Drive regulatory compliance (data protection, security compliance,.).
- Drive and advise on the implementation of a global stock options plan.
- Support the human resources team on individual and collective work relations
- Draft and review internal and external legal documents in relations to Tadaweb worldwide operations.
- Provide advice on compliance with local and international regulations and laws to distributed teams (Luxembourg, UK, France, Canada, USA).
- Manage complaints and litigation, liaising with external counsels.

**Your profile**:

- EU Law, Economics and / or Tax university degree.
- 7-10 years of experience in in a law firm and/or as legal counsel in a global organization.
- Experience working with government agencies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to formulate clear advice, with a commercial focus, during C-Level and Board Level interactions.
- Ability to solve problems, work independently and as a member of a team.
- Fluent command of English, an additional European language is a plus.

**You get bonus points if you have any of the following**:

- Previous experience in a tech scale-up organization.
- Previous experience managing or acting as a Data Protection Officer.
- Multijurisdictional legal experience.
