**Legal Counsel - Your Responsibilities**:
- Evaluate and validate legal documentation associated with corporate deals and activities.
- Deliver guidance on corporate governance practices and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Oversee legal aspects of corporate structures, including holding companies and related operational entities.
- Partner with internal teams to maintain compliance across all operations.
- Monitor updates in laws and regulations, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed.
- Prepare, negotiate, and review contracts and agreements tied to corporate processes.
- Support internal teams, such as management and compliance, with expert legal advice.
- Proactively assess legal risks and implement strategies to address them effectively.
**Legal Counsel - Your Profile**:
- Qualified as a lawyer or actively practising, with the CCDL qualification.
- Extensive experience in corporate legal matters, preferably gained within top-tier firms such as Magic Circle firms.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing corporate governance and transactional legal issues. (Knowledge of banking or tax law is not the focus for this position).
- A minimum of six years of professional legal experience.
- Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication skills.
- A team-oriented professional who is organised, proactive, and capable of managing priorities effectively.
