Tasks
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with product offerings.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
- Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of leads.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients in alignment with company goals and policies.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience (7+ years) in sales management, preferably within \[your industry].
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Strong understanding of the Luxembourg market and business landscape.
