As part of its expansion, WEALINS is looking for a **Senior Sales Officer**.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Support Country Managers with daily operations and administration
- Handle complex inquiries from intermediaries and clients
- Prepare customized sales proposals independently
- Act as Country Manager backup when needed
- Maintain strong regulatory and commercial partner relationships
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales processes
- Assist in creating marketing materials with Sales & Marketing teams
- Contribute to process, tool, and customer experience improvements
- Coordinate projects and ensure quality standards
**Your Profile**:
- Minimum 2-year higher education in business, sales, or insurance
- Insurance/finance training is a plus
- At least 5 years’ experience in insurance or financial sales (e.g. life insurance sales agent,
- Solid knowledge of cross-border (LPS) life insurance
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluent in French and English; other languages (Dutch, Italian, etc.) are a plus
- Client-focused and empathetic, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong commercial drive and proactive mindset
- Independent and team-oriented, open to change and collaborative in implementing new ideas
