**WEALINS** is recruiting a **Senior Product Manager**to join our Innovation, Product development and Project management team.

**Your tasks**:

- You will oversee the product design, development, and updating process.
- You will coordinate product releases and deactivations.
- You will create and maintain product specifications and documentation.
- You will participate in product feasibility studies and validate (pre-)contractual documents.
- You will define regulatory and technical aspects of products and coordinate the POG with stakeholders.
- You will ensure product quality and proper documentation.
- You will provide in-house product training and handle product-related inquiries.
- You will identify new market/product opportunities and collaborate with Sales and other departments.

**Your profile**:

- You have a higher education degree (Master's level) in finance, economics, business management, or a related field.
- You bring at least 7 years of professional experience in the insurance sector, especially in life insurance products, demonstrating your deep industry knowledge.
- You have project and product management expertise, positioning you as a leader in driving initiatives to success.
- You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- You master financial modeling tools and techniques to evaluate product profitability and optimize pricing strategies.
- You are autonomous and capable of working in a team in an international environment, balancing independence with collaboration.
- You have knowledge of life insurance regulations and laws to ensure product and sales process compliance.
- You are proactive and have the ability to be a driving force for proposals, always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
