Are you seeking an exciting opportunity as a CoSec Coordinator? We have a unique opportunity to join a leader in Asset Management based in Luxembourg. This company, founded in Australia with its parent company in Belgium, operates in 28 offices worldwide, with a European hub located in Belgium.

**CoSec Coordinator - Your role will involve**:

- Maintaining and developing overall compliance with corporate governance principles, governance rules, and procedures applicable to various corporate structures in various jurisdictions.
- Identifying improvement opportunities, creating efficiency gains, and leveraging emerging technologies.
- Being responsible for a variety of internal reporting tools and process manuals.
- Maintaining relationships and assessing the performance of external corporate administration service providers.
- Supporting and advising other members of the corporate secretariat team in adhering to corporate governance framework.
- Supporting various business divisions on corporate administration and corporate secretarial matters.
- Providing advice on complex corporate administration, structuring, and compliance issues.

**CoSec Coordinator - To do this, you must**:

- Have completed a university degree in law and be qualified.
- Have experience in funds (specifically SPVs) and ideally in multiple countries.
- Have excellent proficiency in English and German, with proficiency in other European languages being an advantage.
- Demonstrate an ability to work independently and effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Possess strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

**CoSec Coordinator - In return, you will receive**:

- A 12-month salary package, with a salary of up to 85 000€ per year, and 100% coverage of group insurance.
