Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a range of corporate entities, building and maintaining excellent relationships with the Directors and third parties-providers under your scope.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff, drafting complex minutes, and appointments to boards across the various structures.
- Support and oversee external service providers to ensure the company’s high standards.
- Manage and delegate to the junior staff abroad.
- Lead, manage and attend board meetings, drafting and reviewing board minutes and relevant corporate documentation.
- University degree in Law, company secretary certification: ILA / CGO, ICSA/ CGI - Chartered Member.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position in Luxembourg.
- Fluency in English, and other languages are a plus.
