Join our growing group of young and youthful innovators to uncover a world of opportunity together. **We are seeking a Manager in Regulatory & Compliance in Asset Management & Alternative Investments** As the regulatory landscape in Asset Management & Alternative Investments continues to evolve, our firm's Advisory department plays a pivotal role in guiding clients through the complexities of governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team at the Assistant Manager/Manager level. **What you will be working on** - Keep abreast of and report on emerging regulatory requirements in the Asset Management and Alternative Investments space. - Support clients in conducting Compliance Risks Mapping or Assessment exercises, ensuring a thorough understanding of potential risks. - Review and analyze compliance documentation and procedures of Asset Management/Alternative Investment clients, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards. - Evaluate the AML/Compliance Risk framework, including a detailed analysis of policies, procedures, controls, and systems to ensure compliance with both local and global regulatory requirements. - Conduct in-depth reviews of AML documentation as part of remediation exercises, periodic reviews, with a specific focus on Asset Management/Alternative Investment industry requirements. - Organize and deliver training sessions on regulatory topics to enhance the knowledge and awareness of both internal teams and clients. - Develop a robust technical understanding of Asset Management/Alternative Investment regulations, operations, and their interdisciplinary connections with other industries. **What we look for** - Master's degree in Law, Economy, Business Administration, or related field. In-depth knowledge of the ManCo/AIFM "eco-system." - Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in AML, Regulatory & Compliance, with a strong track record of navigating complex regulatory environments. - Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
