Endpoint Administrator

**Job Description**:
The role of the Endpoint Administrator is to provision antivirus services to clients including systems administration and technical support. Familiar with Endpoint protection platform including but not limited to McAfee Endpoint security suite, he/she will work closely with other team members and plan, implement and operate Endpoint Security infrastructure to protect the IT infrastructure.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Manage McAfee EPO and other endpoint security server infrastructure.
- Perform day to day tune up and maintenance as required.
- Manage various components of McAfee endpoint protections suite.
- Manage upgrade lifecycle of endpoint protection suite as required after proper testing and validation.
- Troubleshoot issues and outages.
- ePO tree structure management.
- Maintain ePO servers and resolve potential issues.
- Create and update endpoint agent polices as per requirements to tackle emerging threats.
- Provide recommendations on product usage based on business requirements.
- Provide assistance for security testing.
- Participate in technical project work and be proactive in service improvement initiatives.
- Own, identify, diagnose and manage issues to resolution including Problem follow-up.
- Monitoring and reporting of the server environment and SLAs.
- Ensure pro-active evolution & optimization of service delivery organization, methods and tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong experience with McAfee ePO.
- Experience with McAfee Policy Auditor for Windows and Linux.
- Experience with McAfee VirusScan Enterprise for Windows and Linux.
- Experience with McAfee Management for Optimized Virtual Environments.
- Strong scripting knowledge required e.g. Powershell.
- Good knowledge of Active Directory is required.
- Good networking knowledge is required as well as the understanding of firewall rules concepts.
- You have at least 5+ years of experience in a mid to big size infrastructure.
- You are fluent in English, French is considered as an asset.
- You can work independently and can manage your time.
- Proven ability to lead a technical team.
- Organized with good attention to detail.

**Desired Skills considered as an asset**
- Experience with VMWare products.
- Windows Server, Linux REHL.
- SCCM and MS Orchestrator.
