Do you want to join our rockstar team of innovators and make a REAL impact in the sustainability space? 
Circu Li-ion is driving the green revolution by reusing batteries through our cutting-edge automated battery disassembly lines. We offer this technology as a service model to recyclers, micromobility & automotive OEMs. Our vision is to deploy the battery disassembly lines in a hub and spoke model around the globe to disassemble Li-ion battery packs into reusable Li-ion cells or modules, minimizing waste and maximizing sustainability. By upcycling these cells and modules into second-life CO2-neutral battery packs, we are revolutionizing the way batteries are reused.
 
YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator who will oversee the IT infrastructure and setup of the company. You will ensure users, resources and devices are managed based on best practices and modern standards, as well as maintain and configure local networks, enable end-user support, IT security, and provide guidance in every aspect of IT administration. Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills are required for this exciting role.

Circu Li-ion has a fast-paced work environment which offers cross-functional team collaborations on an incredibly innovative product.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our internal IT administration.

Your profile

Required qualifications:
  • At least 4 years of experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory (AAD) for identity management.
  • Experience with AWS. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and other security features to ensure robust threat protection, endpoint security, and email security.
  • Experience with configuring and managing SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, and OneDrive for Business, including file sharing, permissions, and synchronization.
  • Experience with configuring, managing, and troubleshooting local network devices, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points (WAPs).
  • Experience providing technical support to end-users via phone, email, or ticketing system, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
 
Nice-to-have qualifications:
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center, including data loss prevention (DLP), retention policies, legal hold, and audit logs for compliance management.
  • Experience with GDPR and policies integration in start-up environments
  • Knowledge of Windows Autopilot for automating the provisioning and deployment of Windows 10/11 devices to end-users.
  • Proficiency in setting up, managing, and troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and VPN (Virtual Private Network) solutions to support remote and mobile workers.
  • Configuring and managing firewall rules, security policies, and VPN access for local network protection, as well as ensuring the enforcement of security protocols.
  • Managing hardware inventory, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT
