Description The Apex Group is seeking a Senior Administrator, reporting to a (Senior) Manager within the client service department ofFundrock LIS S.A. AIFM. This full-time Administrator role is based in Luxembourg and offers a favourable salary and benefits. As aSenior Administrator, you will have responsibility for the administration of a client portfolio, providing the highest quality of customer service. You will be working closely with the lead relationship managers and Directors to provide quality and efficient services to all customers within the portfolio. In your first few weeks in this Senior Administrator role, you can expect to: - Be responsible for managing a client portfolio, including all aspects of administration and company secretarial matters - Work with the Manager and Director to ensure the planning, coordination and completion of all regulatory obligations and administration requirements within strict deadlines for a portfolio of entities - Prepare and implement customer-specific procedures in relation to administration and reporting requirements for each entity - Assist the accountants in respect of the planning and coordination of audits and filing of annual statutory financials statements. - Experience building key relationships with clients, responding swiftly to their requests and managing expectations - Liaise with third parties such as lawyers, auditors, bankers, tax advisors and investment managers/advisors as required. **Benefits**: - As a truly global business, we tailor benefits to each location to safeguard our people and respect local cultures and ways of working - Our people are our greatest asset, and we invest in talent development - Join our global network, and you will benefit from education support, sponsorship and in-house training programs.
