Client Administration Officer

With 25 years of experience and 250,000 flight hours, Jetfly is a leader in fractional ownership in Europe, for both business and private aviation. Our fleet of 70 Pilatus aircraft is unique and now represents the largest Pilatus fleet in the world. Jetfly is headquartered at Luxembourg Airport and employs 450 people across the group.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Client Administration Officer to handle contract administration (80%) and participate in billing activities (20%). The ideal candidate will be thorough and problem-solving oriented. The position reports to the Client Administration Manager, who in turn reports to the Senior Accounting Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process contract openings, amendments, novations, calls for funds, and pro-forma invoices.
- Respond to co-owners' inquiries regarding contracts and billing.
- Prepare invoices according to company practices and flight-specific requirements.
- Manage aircraft registration and monitor associated ownership.
- Maintain various databases related to contract management and billing.
Profile
We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
- Degree in Business Administration or Management.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong organizational skills and customer service orientation.
- Fluent in French. Intermediate level in English (B2) is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Excel.
