Jetfly is a shared business aviation company based in Luxembourg Airport on behalf of 450 co-owners. Our fleet is composed of 60 Pilatus aircraft (PC-12 and PC-24). We are looking for a **Pipedrive CRM Administrator** to join our data team and support our sales teams across several business entities. You'll work closely with our Sales management to optimize how we use our CRM system. Your role will involve administration, training, and finding ways to improve our processes, all with the goal of boosting sales performance across our different business units.
**Responsabilities**
- Collaborate directly with the Sales Management team to align CRM functionality with sales strategies and objectives.
- Manage the day-to-day administration of our Pipedrive CRM, including user accounts, permissions, and data maintenance.
- Design and conduct training workshops for sales teams to ensure effective CRM adoption and usage.
- Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Implement and optimize sales workflows, automations, and processes within Pipedrive.
- Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide timely support to users.
- Identify and implement opportunities for CRM enhancement to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure data quality and integrity.
- Assist with integration between Pipedrive and other business systems and help maintaining them.
- Document CRM processes, configurations, and best practices.
- Stay current with Pipedrive updates and new features to leverage platform capabilities fully.
**Required Qualifications**
- Fluent in English. French is a nice to have and any other language is a bonus.
- Proven experience administering Pipedrive CRM or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and how CRM systems support them.
- Experience conducting user training and developing training materials.
- Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards for sales performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience working with sales teams and understanding their unique needs.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Data analysis skills and comfort working with sales metrics.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Pipedrive certification or formal training.
- Experience with CRM integrations and APIs.
- Background in sales operations or sales enablement.
- Knowledge of data management best practices.
- Familiarity with sales methodology and techniques.
- Experience working in a data team environment.
