**WHAT TO EXPECT**

Located in our EMEA headquarters in Luxembourg City, you will take over the responsibility for our Financial Performance Management team and will report to the EMEA CFO (also based in Luxembourg).
- Your objective will be to provide financial information to the Management to drive the growth and performance of the business.
- You will work closely with a variety of experts, including the Head of Financial Reporting, the EMEA Commercial Controller, the Finance operations, and the network of country controllers as well the Denver based corporate headquarters finance team.
- You will also act as business partner to our sales, marketing, pricing, operations, and distribution's teams within the EMEA region.

**Key responsibilities (to name a few)**:

- Leading and managing planning and forecasting activities, management and performance reporting, analytics & decision support
- Co-ordinating the planning process, incorporating financial planning for strategic and tactical plans. Assessing the financial requirements of these plans and communicating these clearly to the management
- Ensuring the accuracy, integrity and timeliness of financial reporting
- Overseeing the budget process, collecting the inputs, and comparing the company's, actual performance against the budgeted targets.
- Ensuring a tight grasp on numbers and clearly communicate any variances.
- Understand the company business model for generating value and translate the operational metrics into key performance indicators.
- Shape commercial decision-making. Ensure full analysis is carried out to highlight trends, predict opportunities, and identify risks.
- Carrying out financial and strategic analyses across markets and operational functions incl. sales and operations and ensuring the ability to provide information to the Management
- Developing regional management model and derivation of meaningful key performance indicators and structured presentation of KPIs in management reporting
- Coaching and Team Development

**ABOUT YOU**
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting with 8 to 10 years total professional career, including extensive experience in FP&A roles in an international industrial or manufacturing company
- In-depth financial planning & analysis skills as well reporting & analytics knowledge
- A commercial and supply chain expertise is a must
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Good notion German or French is an advantage
