As we continue to grow rapidly, our Strategic Finance team plays a pivotal role in driving data-driven decisions, optimizing capital allocation, and shaping the financial strategy that underpins our ambitious roadmap.
**About the Role**
We are seeking a **Strategic Finance Senior Analyst** to join our Finance team in Luxembourg and provide critical execution horsepower. Reporting to the **VP, Strategic Finance**, you will take a hands-on role in building financial models, conducting deep-dive analyses, and delivering clear insights that support operational and strategic decisions.
You will also be deeply involved in the data side: developing analytics and BI solutions for Finance & Strategy, and creating processes and best practices for financial data management, governance, and reporting.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Data & Analytics**:
- Build and maintain datasets, dashboards, and scaled insights solutions that provide real-time insights to finance leadership.
- Develop processes and best practices for financial data management, governance, and reporting.
- **Infrastructure Partnership**: Collaborate with Data Infrastructure, Analytics Engineering, and Financial Systems teams to develop scalable data pipelines and infrastructure supporting analytics.
- **Business Partnering**: Partner with Finance & Strategy teams (Product, Data, and Corporate) to streamline recurring processes and increase velocity for analytical deep dives.
- **Strategic Planning & Forecasting**: Support financial planning cycles (budgeting, forecasting) and scenario modeling for strategic initiatives.
- **Decision Support**: Provide financial insights for strategic projects, partnerships, and new product launches.
- **Board & Investor Materials**: Prepare clear, compelling materials for executive leadership, board meetings, and investors.
- **Champion Data-Informed Decisions**: Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
**About You**
- **Experience**: 6+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or consulting (fintech/technology experience a plus).
- **Analytical Skills**: Advanced financial modeling and data analysis abilities, plus experience working with large datasets.
- **AI Proficiency**: Comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools and analytics platforms to improve forecasting, scenario modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
- **Technical Aptitude**: Familiarity with building BI dashboards, working with data infrastructure teams, and understanding of data pipelines.
- **Strategic Thinker**: Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- **Communication**: Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- **Tools**: Proficiency in SQL and Python; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Abacum) is a plus.
- **Education**: Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related technical field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
