To reinforce our Team of 120 people, we are actively looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Developer.
Poste
As part of a dynamic team and reporting to the Head of Business Development, your day-to-day role will be to convert new clients/leads generated through our digital marketing investments. You will closely follow your leads from initial prospecting through to closing the deal. Results-driven, you will identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls.
You will be motivated by a very high commission rate on initial sales to your clients.
Profil
- Degree in business, sales, or a related field
- First successful experience as an inside sales/business developer in a B2B environment
- Fluent in French, with a good working knowledge of English
- Comfortable with phone-based prospecting and sales
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with prospects and clients
- Strong organizational skills to manage time and priorities effectively
