In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Executive Management Team to shape the future of Armacell. Are you ready to drive strategic growth and make a global impact? Join us.
Your Tasks:
- Support and coordinate Mergers & Acquisitions processes: sourcing, pipeline building, project management- Identify global markets, industries, and technologies for growth and diversification- Drive communication and stakeholder engagement on M&A activities- Participate in M&A due diligence processes- Support post-acquisition integration and monitor transaction commitments- Contribute to the strategy process and build strategic presentations- Coordinate global market intelligence collection and analysis
Your Profile:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferred Master's in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with M&A - due diligence experience, with strong financial and business acumen- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and the ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on implementation- Team player with experience in cross-functional, international environments- Willingness and availability for occasional international travel- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
