**Want to be a part of our team?**
- Design and manage Balanced Scorecard to drive performance of Group Digital Office units such as Enterprise Digital Platform Architecture, Enterprise Platform operations, Technology Infrastructure Services, and I&T
- Engage with Digital Office unit leaders to proactively identify, prioritize, facilitate, and lead initiatives for the outcomes, such as revenue generation, cost reduction, and improved client & user experiences
- Support alignment and interlock of strategic initiatives and KPIs between Group Digital Office units and other functions in the company such as Central Functions, Regions, and Services
- Lead management reporting of strategic and operational KPIs, and root-cause analysis working with analytics team to support regular business reviews for Chief Digital Officer

**Working at NTT**

**Priority knowledge/experience**
- Deep experience with strategy development and performance management across large and small business organizations
- Proven ability to manage internal/external stakeholders to drive alignment on business outcomes and means to achieve them
- Experience in management consulting (4-5 years’ experience in top-tier strategy firms preferred)
- Experience in Digital/Technology services or IT organizations
