The Consultant analyses the business requirement of the client in order to provide strategical and technical solutions relying on the group portfolio customised for the Luxembourgish market, based on mixed delivery combining local and international services.

Driven by the business outcomes, the consultant will articulate the solutions from Connectivity's fundations to the Workplace to deliver a suitable employee and customer experience.

Workplace integrates all the tools and spaces to support employees/customers : Calling meeting, productivity, smart buildings sustainability.

**Working at NTT**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Client facing position including billable and non-billable activities : business requirements and outcomes collection from the client, analysis, recommendations, phases approach, design, adoption delivery.
- Be a trusted advisor who will animate and coordinate all activities with the support of multiple experts : other Go-to-Market consultants, technical services team, sales operations, group team mates in EU teams, other countries and factories.
- Pursue or develop the strategic initiatives as a Subject Matter Expert or Business Development Manager together with group, European teams and Sales : can be a vertical industry, market segment...
- Present clients with solutions, convince and persuade internal and external stakeholders of the right course of action.

- Understanding of multi-technology solutions concept couple with strategic thinking ability like Wired, Wireless, SDWAN, IoT, Private 5G, Cloud meeting, calling, productivity tools, AI, Smart Buildings, sustainability...
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

**Academic Qualifications and Certifications**:

- Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.

**Required Experience**:

- + 3 years of experience in a similar role within a large scale (preferably multi
- national) technology services environment
- Multi-technology solutions concept experience
- Demonstrable level of expertise coupled with consulting and client engagement experience, demonstrating good experience in client needs assessment and change management.
