Global Business Development Director - Leader Pharma - Luxembourg

Do you want to be the opportunity maker for the business of a Global Leader in Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices industries? Do you want to step into an international role?

I am currently working for a service provider company, leader in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device sectors, with thousands employees and 30 subsidiaries all over the world.

On behalf of that, I am looking for a Business Development Director with several years of experience in selling services to the Pharma and Medical Devices industries, in particular:
Quality Assurance
Regulatory Affairs
IT
Validation
Etc.

**The role**:
**As a Business Development Director, you will**:
Manage the Sales Team across the region;
Create and implement a Business Development plan;
Act as lobbying guy during negotiations collecting insight information through own network, making key calls, giving advice and facilitating in bids;
Support and represent the Company globally, acting as facilitator, advisor and door opening;
Close and win business from both existing and new customers and business segments.
Build, maintain, expand and grow key customer relationships.

At least 5 years of Business Development experience in selling quality/IT/Regulatory services to the Pharmaceutical Companies;
Experience in sales of Quality Assurance/IT/Regulatory Affairs services to the Pharma Companies;
Willing and able to travel around Europe (up to 50%);
Being very good at networking/lobbying activities of promotion of the Company, facilitating and public relations, attending the main local and international events Pharma and MD related;
Fluency in English.
