Client Director

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**

In this role, the Client Director has a client-facing position and reports directly to the Global Head of Private Wealth Solutions. The Private Wealth Solutions team is globally responsible for all private clients within Trustmoore. As a multi family office, this team provides all financial and administrative services and is specialised in wealth structuring. The Client Director will work closely with the Legal and Financial Account Managers. He/ she is responsible for his/her own client portfolio as well as the client portfolio of his/her team and oversees a wide range of corporate, compliance and legal responsibilities. The Client Director is expected to continuously develop both personally as well as professionally and deliver added value to the Private Wealth Solutions discipline within Trustmoore and contribute to the further growth of our office in Luxembourg and the other offices of Trustmoore.

Main responsibilities are:

- Oversee the management of your client's portfolio, offering advice from our internal processes and collaborating with your team;
- Cooperation with colleagues in other jurisdictions such as Singapore, UK, Netherlands, Curaçao, Malta.
- Ensure that the delivery of client service in the team meets agreed service standards;
- Build and foster strong relationships with (international) clients, (tax) advisors, lawyers, banks, private equity firms, corporate finance firms, notaries and authorities;
- Motivate and mentor your team to identify and pursue potential business opportunities within the client’s portfolio and introduce prospective new business;
- Contribute to the effective development of regulatory, compliance and risk management policies and procedures in relation to specified client structures;\
- Deliver effective communication within the team, providing regular reporting and feedback, so that agreed strategy and targets are achieved;
- Be accessible and approachable to your team members, offering guidance and development when required;
- Contribute to the achievement of Private Wealth Solutions specific business development goals in the relevant jurisdiction(s) through proactive management and development of key client relationships and active contribution to cross-selling opportunities
- In case that the client companies are administrated by Trustmoore the Client Director also acts as a director of these companies, conduct client meetings and contribute to board
- en shareholders meetings.

**HOW DO YOU FIT IN THE TEAM?**

As a Client Director, you need to manage ad-hoc activities, next to your extensive client contact and daily work. In this position, you need to prioritize what is important, have a hands-on, flexible and independent work mentality and be able to deal with stress and deadlines. A helicopter view is required, since you are responsible for your own team and for the legal processes and requirements of your client port folio. You are proactive, know what you are capable of and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Other relevant qualifications for this profile:

- A University Degree in Law (corporate/ company/ fiscal law);
- Residing in Luxembourg is a pre;
- Experience in a similar role;
- Experience with high net worth individuals / UBOs;
- Demonstrable work experience with team leading skills;
- Fluent in English (both orally and in writing);
- Knowledge of the Dutch language is a pre;
- Entrepreneurial business focus and problem-solving attitude;
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a strong team player;
- Must be able to work on multiple issues, change priorities and organize workload;
- Is quality focused, business-minded with ability to deliver excellent service to our clients;
