**Your Responsibilities**|** Law - Legal - Business strategy - Business developer**
- You will contribute to the **development** of client relationships by preparing tailored materials and ensuring regular follow-up on opportunities.
- You will take an active role in **coordinating** cross-border initiatives with the manager based in the firm’s office abroad.
- You will assist in **planning** and **executing** business development campaigns, including events, sponsorships, and targeted communications.
- You will gather and **analyze** market intelligence to provide insights that support decision-making and business growth.
- You will ensure that the firm’s internal databases, CRM, and marketing tools are **up to date** and effectively used to track activities and results.

**Profile and Career Path**|** Law - Legal - Business strategy - Business developer**
- You have **between 5 and 7 years** of experience in a law firm in Luxembourg, ideally in a business development or client-facing role.
- You are fluent in **English**, both written and spoken; any additional language will be considered an asset.
- You are familiar with the **Luxembourg legal market** and its key players.
- You demonstrate strong **organizational skills** and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You have excellent **communication skills** and a proactive mindset, allowing you to work effectively with partners and colleagues across different offices.

- You will receive a salary of up to **85,000 € gross per year**, depending on your level of experience.
