**We are seeking a Business Development Trainee**

Business Services are the backbone of KPMG, crucial to setting our business on the path to success. Our Business Services staff connect the dots, converging the right people and the right technologies to ensure an exemplary, effective and signature client experience.

**What you will be working on**:
As part of the Markets team, you will closely collaborate with sector representatives, Markets project leaders and the Head of Markets. You will be dedicated to cross-firm projects that support business teams in their day-to-day work.

Those projects include but are not limited to Account Management, Business Development trainings, Pipeline and CRM database.

Responsibilities include:

- Ensure completeness and correctness of Account Planning documents: prefill and review Account Planning workbooks, update data accordingly in CRM system
- Support the Markets team in harmonizing data in CRM to make it a single source of truth for our Account teams.
- Support in the development and organization of a large variety of Business Development trainings for all levels of the firm. This includes the organization of rooms, materials and set-up, but also the design of training materials and presentations.
- Assist the Markets project leader and Business teams in their pipeline reviews and updates. This includes the review of reports and regular consistency checks in our CRM database.
- Assistance in the creation and maintenance of client surveys. This will also include analyzing results and preparing results presentations for our Leadership
- Creation of supporting materials, presentations, and appealing documents to promote Markets initiatives
- Maintenance of the Markets Intranet portal
- Support on more general project management topics lead by sectors or function representatives or driven by the Markets team. In this context you will gain insights into the broader KPMG network and projects and will assist project leaders in shaping and fulfilling the project.

**What we look for**:

- You are pusuing a degree in Communications, Business Management, Economics or similar fields
- You are a team player
- You have excellent English skills - written and spoken; other languages such as French or German will be considered an advantage
- You have excellent MS office skills, especially Excel and Powerpoint
- You have good self-management, time management and ability to work independently and coordinate multipe projects at the same time
- You have excellent communication skills, eye for detail and quality
