**Your role**

- We're looking for a Quality Feedback Specialist to:
- develop and sustain a quality feedback framework;
- proactively drive improvement through the formation and delivery of a quality roadmap;
- handle incoming client feedback as well as complaints;
- collect and evaluate quantitative and qualitative feedback and ensure internal reporting;
- collaborate and consult with internal stakeholders to find effective solutions;
- challenge systems and processes to ensure best practices and continuous improvement.

**Your team**
- You'll be working in the Operating Office in Luxembourg. We provide a vast range of services to ensure that the Operating Head performs effectively whilst being aligned with our strategic priorities. Our team is composed of a great variety of skills and personalities and is mandated to cope with a large variety of tasks. In this particular role, you will be working closely with experienced client service specialists to build and sustain a quality feedback framework and to actively drive improvement.

**Your expertise**
- We are open to different types of profiles and experiences, from a junior profile to a more experienced person.- You have experience in quantitative analysis and an understanding of the financial industry acquired through studies and/or work experience.
- You are fluent in ENG and at ease with writing formal business correspondences; additional language skills will be of asset.
- You are detail-oriented with very good communication skills verbally and in written.
- You are a self-reliant team player who is driven and approaches new tasks with enthusiasm and positivity (can-do attitude).
- You are organized and eager to handle several tasks simultaneously.
- You are a quick learner with flexibility to adapt to changes and consistently produce high-quality analysis backed by data.
- You treat sensitive data and information with professionalism and discretion.
