**Join us as a FinCrime Quality Assurance Specialist**

**What you will be doing**
The role is based within our offices in Luxembourg, where you will take part in the FinCrime Operations Department and you will support the growth of the Satispay Group.
Our FinCrime Operations Department is the frontline defender of our company's integrity and security. Collaborating closely with Compliance and Operations, we ensure a comprehensive approach to risk mitigation and regulatory adherence without forgetting to ensure a great UX for our customers.

Operating in two key areas - FinCrime AML/CTF and Fraud Prevention - we're growing rapidly to support our expanding customer base. This expansion not only aims to support our operational needs but also seeks to welcome new talents who can contribute their expertise and help us enhance and upgrade our operational structure.

Key responsibilities:

- Conduct accurate quality assurance assessments on all new members of the FinCrime and KYC teams to ensure compliance with Satispay's internal procedures and processes;
- Perform periodical Quality Controls on FinCrime Ops activities, by focusing on identifying successes and failures in the main operational processes (e.g. Risk Assessment, transaction monitoring, etc.);
- Provide regular reports and insights to team leaders and managers on the results of rigorous quality assessments, highlighting both achievements and areas for improvement;
- Collaborate closely with team leaders and managers to develop effective onboarding quality assessment strategies, providing actionable feedback to enhance the performance of the team members;
- Liaise with Training Specialists, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and the achievement of high operational standards.

You have:

- At least 3 years of previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a startup or in the financial sector;
- An analytical and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights;
- Good knowledge of relevant legal frameworks in respect of AML/KYC;
- Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English.

Knowledge of French is a strong plus.

You are:

- A good communicator with presentation skills, both written and verbal.

**Logistic & Salary**
The role is based in Luxembourg. If you’re not already based there, we can support you with a relocation package.
