The position of ESG Expert part of the Luxembourg Country Management, directly reporting to the Head of Communications, Community Investments & Sustainability.
**Responsibilities**
- Define and implement CSR strategy at country level, covering all sites (industrial and administrative sites)
- Ensure the governance is in place, propose the agenda to the Sustainable Development Committee.
- Roll out the stakeholders' engagement plan:
- Support to the Stakeholders’ Champions in leading their workgroup, defining their action plan, providing methodology and ESG understanding
- Follow up and participation in meetings, reporting on the action plans underway once launched
- Advice Champions with CSR expertise
- Implement the double maturity system requirements in compliance with the new EU directives (CSRD, Due Diligence, ESRS and EU Taxonomy)
- Contribution to the Responsible Steel KPI dashboard
- Manage the INDR audit conducted every 3 years for the ESR labelSupervision of the annual Sustainable Development Report (integrated report to be developed)

- Master I or II in CSR, Sustainable Development, Communications
- Robust level of skills on ESG and new regulations (EU and global levels)
- Profile of project manager, able to support the coordination of workgroups
- Capability to manage people on a non-hierarchical position
- Capability to work transversally

- Fluent in French and English both in speaking and writing

Located in Luxembourg city, with visits to industrial sites mainly in Luxembourg
**Potential next steps in your career**
This position is set to grow in importance according to the growing and voluntary commitment of ArcelorMittal in CSR activities and the evolutions of EU regulations.
Potential evolution to other perimeters on CSR activities within the Group, in Luxembourg or other countries, or position in communications.
